Field sales & installation technician
Full-time or part-time · Houston, TX & surrounding areas
We're hiring field sales representatives and installation technicians to join our growing team. You'll meet with homeowners, walk them through our security solutions, and handle professional installations — all with the support of our experienced crew.
What you'll do
- Meet with homeowners to assess security needs and recommend the right camera and doorbell solutions
- Professionally install video doorbells, security cameras, and smart home systems
- Educate customers on system use, app setup, and best practices for home safety
- Represent My Cam Security with professionalism and care in every interaction
- Collaborate with the team to hit monthly goals and grow your territory
What we're looking for
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable working outdoors and in residential settings
- Self-motivated with a positive, team-first attitude
- Prior sales or tech experience is a plus — but not required
